Meet Doctor McGuire

DR. LUCAS MCGUIRE

Dr. Lucas McGuire is the owner of McGuire Orthodontics and Facial Orthopedics. His impeccable orthodontic skills and sparkling personality will no doubt leave his patients feeling like they are truly part of the family. He is a native of Ebensburg, PA and attended Gannon University in Erie, PA. He earned his dental degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and graduated as a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the prestigious National Dental Honor Society offered to only the top 1% of graduates.

He completed his Master of Science in Dentistry degree and certification as an orthodontic specialist at Case Western Reserve University. His time spent at CWRU not only allowed him to become an expert on facial growth and orthodontics, but also encouraged him to open his mind and think critically. This stimulated Dr. Lucas’s desire to never stop learning and enhance his expertise on how orthodontics relates to breathing, sleeping and the importance of the airway. He has spent countless hours on continuing education and is an expert on techniques that enhance the airway and establish proper breathing. He shared this information with local and national dentists and has lectured to several different groups on airway focused orthodontics. Additionally, he is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Ohio Dental Association, the American Dental Association and is qualified by the National Board of Orthodontics.
